This cousin of Sauvignon is a rare grape variety finding rebirth in the entre2mers. It adds a touch of sugar spices and fragrance.

The opulence of the Sémillon suits perfectly the freshness of the sauvignon and in a large extent contributes to the fruit expression of the entre2mers wines with flavours often reminding of white peach flowers or fresh apricot.

Although less present in the blending than the Sauvignon and the Sémillon, the Muscadelle brings volume and the charm of its exotic and spicy notes.
